Building to Building: 230 Seven Farms Drive

Commonly referred to as the NBSC bank building and recognizable by its clock tower, 230 Seven Farms Drive was one of the first commercial buildings to be constructed in downtown Daniel Island, in 2000, and was built contemporaneously with 901 Island Park Drive, the building currently home to the gas station. It was built to house the island's first bank, as well as offices for the development and commercial real estate entities involved in the development of Daniel Island. Throughout the years, several other businesses have occupied the building, including Morgan Stanley, Trammel Crow, and Daniel Island Hearing.
