Commercial real estate attorneys move into space at 225 Seven Farms Drive
Reid Davis and Pete Harper of Lee & Associates represented both tenant and landlord in the lease of 1,420 square feet of office space in suite 107 at 225 Seven Farms Drive, formerly occupied by Prestige Real Estate Group.  Commercial real estate attorneys Graybill, Lansche, & Vinzani, LLC, expanding from their Columbia, SC location with eight Daniel Island employees, will lease the office from CFG Properties, LLC.

Prestige Real Estate Group doubles office space with move to Belle Hall
With a move from 225 Seven Farms Drive in Daniel Island to 613 Long Point Road just across the Wando Bridge in Mount Pleasant, Prestige Real Estate Group not only gained state-of-the-art client conference space, but also bumped their office footprint to 3,000 square feet. Relates co-owner Scott Campbell, “With the continued success we have experienced due to (our community’s) much appreciated support, we were busting at the seams and needed more space.” The office is located across from Belle Hall Shopping Center, and Prestige is occupying the entire first floor of the building.

Charleston Law Firm Expands Legal Team
Clawson & Staubes, a law firm headquartered on Daniel Island with offices in Greenville and Charlotte, has added an associate to its legal team. Nick Sanders joined the firm’s commercial law, bankruptcy and business section in November.
Sanders practices in the areas of commercial law, bankruptcy, foreclosure, lender liability and commercial litigation. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Furman University in 2005 and a juris doctor degree from Charleston School of Law in 2012. While attending law school, Sanders was the symposium editor of the Charleston Law Review, as well as an active member of the Moot Court Board and James L. Petigru Inn of Court. He graduated with magna com laude honors and was selected for membership in the Forensic Club.
