The owners of Daniel Island’s Hampton Inn and Queen Anne’s Revenge restaurant are seeking a buyer for the 8.2 acre property.  According to a commercial listing for the parcels by Avison Young, Inc., the total package is priced at $15.5 million and is currently categorized as “in contract.”  Chris Fraser, the broker managing the listing, confirmed the property is on the market but said he could not comment on whether or not a sale is pending.
“At this point, I can’t comment on the status of the property,” said Fraser.
The listing states the offering also includes “excess land” adjacent to the hotel and restaurant at the corner of Fairchild Street and River Landing Drive.  The Hampton Inn has more than 75,000 square feet of space and 128 hotel rooms. Queen Anne’s features more than 5,700 square feet as well as an outdoor patio for dining and entertainment. Berkeley County tax records list the current owners as DI Partners LLC, who purchased the property from Daniel Island Development in 1999.
