DI homes sales in November total 20, up from previous 3 years

A total of 20 homes sold on Daniel Island in November. Total sales are up from last year, with home sales on Daniel Island totaling $12,783,797.  The average sale price last month was $639,189.85.
As of December 11th, 2012, there were roughly 146 homes for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), 90 of them were active and 56 were under contract.  Also, there were 12 properties with price changes during the month.  In November, a total of 25 homes were listed as “new”, but 4 of those homes were previously listed within the last six months (that listing is denoted with an ** next to the word “New”).
