A total of 22 homes sold on Daniel Island in December 2011. This is up slightly from last year, where 19 homes sold in December 2010 (see chart below). In the month of December, home sales on Daniel Island totaled $11,232,630.
As of January17, 2012, there were 180 homes for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), with 39 of the 180 homes under contract leaving 141 available. In December, 24 homeowners adjusted their asking price. A total of 22 homes were listed as "new", but 9 of those homes were previously listed in 2011 (those listings are denoted with an * next to the word "New").
