SOLD PROPERTIES

Through the first 10 weeks of 2009 (Jan. 1 – March 13), 19 homes have sold on Daniel Island: 8 news homes and 11 resales. Of the resales, 4 of which were sold previously (see chart). Additionally, five of the resales were sold at a profit, five were sold at a loss, and one contained no prior sales data.

NEW LISTINGS

Over the last month (Feb. 18-March 16), 40 Daniel Island homes were added to the MLS for sale. And though each of these homes were posted as "new" listings, it is possible that some were previously listed, taken off the market for a period of time, then re-posted as "new." The list below is alphabetical by street name.
