'A Sip of Daniel Island' to benefit Water Missions International

Ten Daniel Island restaurants, in conjunction with The Rotary Club of Daniel Island, are joining together for the first annual "Sip of Daniel Island" to benefit Water Missions International.

The event will take place on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 5–8 p.m. A $20 ticket will provide entry to all ten participating restaurants and entitle the ticket holder to drink and/or appetizer specials in each restaurant. A map of the restaurants will be included with each ticket.

The participating restaurants are: Queen Anne’s Revenge, Vespa, Laura Alberts Tasteful Options, Two Rivers, Et Cetera, Sienna, Daniel Island Grill, Brewer’s Bistro, Dragon Palace and Wasabi.The proceeds from the event will benefit two Water Missions International projects - support for the Rotary Club’s clean water project in Iquitos, Peru and for disaster relief work in Haiti.

Tickets are available at any participating restaurant, at the Daniel Island Property Owners Office and from any Rotary Club of Daniel Island member. Tickets will be limited to 500.
