Tarzan, Rain, & Meadow are two sisters and a brother who were given up by their owner because he had too many pets to take care of. They’re all very friendly and playful; won’t you take one of them home today?

Midnight is a 4 month old female lab mix. She’s full of energy and needs a new home with someone who can keep up with her!

Annie is a 1 year old Staffordshire mix. She’s good with other dogs and with kids. She knows how to sit, and she’s good on a leash.

Popcorn is a gregarious medium haired white cat. She is 1-3 years old and weighs 8.8 pounds. She was abandoned. She is already spayed.

Linda is a social short haired brown tabby. She is 1-2 years old and weighs 9.6 pounds. She was found as a stray.

Diamond and Jade are two rabbits, one with black hair, the other with grey hair. Their owner recently became homeless and had to give them up. These rabbits must go together.

New City of Charleston Leash Law and dog run information

We want to remind all pet owners that as of March 1, the City of Charleston has a new pet leash law and has also provided new information regarding dog runs. We felt it important to provide this information to our residents, as these laws are applicable to Daniel Island, which is governed by the City of Charleston. The Daniel Island Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions also states that dogs shall be kept on a leash or otherwise confined in a manner acceptable to the Board whenever outside the dwelling.
