Healthy Realty teams up with OneWorld Health to expand access to health care globally 
 
Healthy Realty has formed a new partnership with local nonprofit OneWorld Health. Healthy Realty, led by Broker-in-Charge Mikki Ramey, serves the Charleston area with all real estate needs and empowers families to live healthy, fulfilling lives as they get settled in their new homes. 
 
OneWorld Health is a nonprofit also based in Charleston and works to help communities in need through quality health care. 
 
Through this partnership, OneWorld Health is able to expand access to care and address complex challenges on a worldwide scale. 
 
“At OneWorld Health, we love working with organizations who share our values and are passionate about making the world a healthier place,” said Executive Director Michael O’Neal. “We are building healthier communities day in and day out in Uganda, Nicaragua, and
Honduras, and we are grateful to Mikki and her team for their commitment to working alongside us to empower communities.”

In addition, Ramey has served the Charleston area for more than 10 years and has been recognized for her excellence in real estate as an East Cooper Top Producer and a Realtor of Distinction. Ramey’s husband is a local physician, and their family has also personally participated in medical mission trips to Nicaragua with OneWorld Health in the past.

Rachel Duncan named community manager of DI’s Central Island Square   
 
Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has promoted Rachel Duncan to community manager at Central Island Square on Daniel Island. Duncan has worked with CRC since 2017.  
 
Prior to joining CRC, Duncan held property management positions with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Bell Partners. At CRC she also worked in leasing roles at The Edison Lofts Apartments and St. Mary’s Square Apartments in Raleigh. Duncan holds a National Apartment Leasing Professional certification from the National Apartment Association.  
 
In her new role, Duncan will manage all leasing and property management functions associated with Central Island Square, which contains 313 multifamily apartment homes and nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space. 
 
Duncan’s duties will include managing the resident leasing and renewal process, planning and executing resident events, tracking delinquencies and performing customer service functions. She will also establish relationships with residents, local community members, and third-party vendors, with a focus on initiating projects that benefit the community.  
 
“Rachel has added tremendous value to each community she has been assigned to and, as a result of her success and continued ambition, she earned this most recent promotion,” stated Scott Hamlin, vice president, multifamily for CRC. “The residents of Central Island Square are accustomed to the highest level of service. Rachel possesses the talent, experience and passion to lead our team and continue this tradition.”
