TWO ISLAND BUSINESSES CELEBRATE GRAND OPENINGS
The Daniel Island community recently celebrated the grand openings of two newly expanded businesses in the island’s downtown area - Totality Medispa and Made2Move.
Totality Medispa, located at 885 Island Park Drive, Suite B, grew its existing facility from 600 square feet to 2600 square feet, and, according to the company website, is positioned “at the forefront of non-surgical aesthetic medicine.” The facility offers comprehensive services for a total body approach to aesthetic solutions, including CoolSculpting, platelet rich plasma therapy, microneedling, fillers and thread lifts, and more. The expanded site allows them to also offer spray tanning and massage therapy.
Made2Move first opened on Daniel Island in 2016 in a 150-square foot space inside CrossFit Discovery. Its newly expanded, 1,700 square-foot facility is now located at 885 Island Park Drive, Suite C. Since opening three years ago, the physical therapy practice has seen a nearly 400 percent increase in revenue, while adding six practitioners.
NARROW ISLE PRODUCTIONS SIGNS LEASE FOR SPACE
Narrow Isle Productions LLC has signed a lease to occupy 50,000 square feet of industrial space at 2325 Charleston Regional Parkway off Clements Ferry Road. Ryan Welch, SIOR and R. Milton Thomas, SIOR of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Charleston Regional Investments, LLC in the lease. The tenant was represented by Ian Webster of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
DI’S POLLY EPSTEIN AWARDED ‘ROOKIE OF THE YEAR’
Daniel Island resident Polly Epstein, co-owner and operating manager of Tailored Living, a Charleston area custom closet and innovative storage solution company, was recently awarded “Rookie of the Year” at the Home Franchise Concepts International Convention in Orlando, FL.
According to Home Franchise Concepts’ Mark Libby, “Polly’s dedication to customer service and her business acumen have clearly served her Charleston area Tailored Living franchise very well.” Home Franchise Concepts is the largest home improvement, direct-to-consumer, franchise organization in North America.
