Dockery’s debuts on Daniel Island!

“Great meal.” “Wonderful service.” “Nice crowd.” “Stellar turnout.” Those were just a few of the phrases used on local social media pages to describe the grand opening of the new Dockery’s restaurant on Daniel Island last week.
In addition to a full menu, the 10,000 square foot facility, located at 880 Island Park Drive, offers live music and its own on-site brewery. Jason Ulak serves as executive chef. The destination eatery is operated by Concentrics Restaurants, a James Beard-nominated, nationally acclaimed restaurant group based in Atlanta.
“Opening night at Dockery’s last week was a smashing success!” said Chad Elkins, Dockery’s creative director. “There was an incredible crowd that packed the house to sample some incredible cuisine and ten house crafted beers.”
On the menu are a variety of “opening acts,” including brisket chili, smoked salmon chips, and wood-roasted chicken lollipops. Among the many main courses featured are beer-brined rotisserie chicken, wood-grilled swordfish, flat-iron steak and wood-roasted whole lobster.
Dockery’s is now open daily at 4 p.m. for dinner. Reservations are suggested and can be made via the Resy app or at dockerysdi.com.
