New business signs lease in DI's Central Island Square

A new business has signed a lease to occupy retail/service space in the new Central Island Square development currently under construction at 864 Island Park Dr. on Daniel Island. According to a press release from Lee & Associates Charleston, the Butcher Shoppe International LLC will occupy suite 104. Will Sherrod, CCIM, of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Island Park Ventures, LLC, in the lease agreement.
