Two Rivers Business Center gains bakery, dance studio, and tech support
Late last month, Thomas Boulware, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, facilitated sales transactions for three units at Two Rivers Business Center located at 1190 and 1184 Clements Ferry Road near the Cainhoy Rd. intersection. Boulware represented the owner, Maritime Construction and Development, LLC, in all three of the transactions. The businesses moving into those units are:
Great Harvest Bread – Unit 1190-A
Currently offering scratch-made breads, sweets, and sandwiches to the Lowcountry from its Belle Hall store, Great Harvest Bread is expanding and adding an additional location of approximately 2,500 square feet. Targeted to open spring 2016, the new location’s configuration will be similar to the Belle Hall store off Long Point Road. Great Harvest mills its wheat fresh each day to provide 100% whole wheat flour for its breads. Their signature loaf, Honey Whole Wheat, has just five natural components, and the bakery never adds any preservatives or unnatural ingredients.
Creative Edge Dance Center – Unit 1190-J
Charleston’s newest dance studio is renovating the space of their future studio and should be moving in by the end of the year. Creative Edge Dance Center is currently operating out of a temporary studio, but recent growth has necessitated a larger studio to accommodate students. The new studio will be over 2,700 square feet, and will provide industry-leading instruction for youth and pre-professionals in the Charleston area. Creative Edge offers classes for youth of all ages and ability levels in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, tumbling, hip hop, and lyrical. The studio is also home to the EdgeCo pre-professional and competition companies.
Atlantic Computer Services – Unit 1184-B
Providing IT support for businesses and individuals since 2004, Atlantic Computer Services will gain approximately 1,240 square feet of workspace with the move into Two Rivers Business Center. With a team of network engineers, systems specialists, and data recovery experts, the company is based here in Charleston and provides technical resolution and, where needed, specialized referrals.
