Fire Department members enjoy bar-b-que dinner

Daniel Island Dinners hosted benefit for First Responders

Late last month, Todd Ladd, owner of Daniel Island Dinners, hosted a benefit for the City of Charleston Fire Department located on Seven Farms Drive. With ribs, chicken quarters, and bar-b-que on the grill, Ladd served up his staples with sides of baked beans, mac & cheese and coleslaw. Firemen from Daniel Island, also members of Team 5 City of Charleston police, and several Mt. Pleasant Police Department employees enjoyed the meal provided.
“We just wanted to do something nice for our First Responders,” said Ladd of the benefit.
