Getting to Know Your Island and other library offerings

If you moved here recently or have even lived here since the beginning, there is much to know and learn about this island. You are probably wondering who is that funny looking squirrel, what is that yellow flowering vine everywhere, or how old is that graveyard I just passed? The Daniel Island Library is pleased to offer a three part lecture series to help you get to know what you see growing on the trails and in your backyard, who you might find in the waters and the woods and what the island was like long before the neighborhood we live in today was built. Join the library staff and guest speakers for one or all three of the lectures and be on your way to becoming a Daniel Island expert.
