City of Charleston Technical Review Committee (TRC) — The next meeting will be held on Nov. 16. The agenda is not yet published.
City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design (BZA-SD) — The next meeting will take place on Dec. 6. The agenda is not yet published.
City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Zoning (BZA-Z) — The next meeting will take place on Nov. 21. The agenda is not yet published.
City of Charleston Design Review Board (DRB) — The most recent meeting was held on Nov. 6. The request for conceptual approval for the construction of a new office building at 297 Seven Farms Drive was deferred. The next meeting will take place on Nov. 20. The agenda is not yet published.
City of Charleston Planning Commission (PC) — The next meeting is this Wednesday, Nov. 15. On the agenda is the request for a subdivision concept plan approval for Fairbanks Drive.
