Mystery Photo Contest - June 13, 2019

Last week’s Mystery Photo Contest winner is Daniel Island resident Leslie Castleberry.

Leslie was one of nine participants to correctly identify the subject in the picture. She was selected as the winner in a random tie-breaker.

Leslie and her family have called Daniel Island home since 2011. A frequent walker on the island, she had no trouble identifying the subject in last week’s mystery photo as the stone bench at the entrance to Smythe Park.

Leslie noted that this was her first time entering the Mystery Photo Contest.

“I read this newspaper every week and I usually never know the answer but this week was different. We live in Smythe Park and I walk by that bench all the time…I like puzzles and trivia so I guess that’s why I always ready that segment. Thanks, it was fun to win!”
