Chas. Technical Review Committee (TRC) – Next meeting to take place Sept. 21. Two issues of impact to Daniel Island. (1) Preliminary plans for a three lot subdivision on Parkline Avenue and (2) Parkline Avenue road extension constructions plans.

Chas. Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design (BZA-SD) - Next meeting to take place Oct. 4. One item of impact to Daniel Island/Cainhoy area. (1) 615 Barbados Dr. (Beresford Hall - TMS#2710401026) - Request a variance from Sec 54-327 to allow the removal of two grand trees. Owner: Chad Sanders/Applicant: John Tarkany.
