July 2015 Real Estate Report

Thirty-three homes sold during July on Daniel Island. Sales totaled $15,021,373. As of August 14, 2015, there were roughly 156 homes listed for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), 94 of them were active and 62 were under contract. A total of 24 homes were listed as new. There were 6 homes with price changes during the month.
