June real estate stats show strong sales

Median sales price in June was $1.285 million
Fifty-three homes sold in June on Daniel Island. The lowest priced property sold was a condo at 500 Bucksley Lane for $208,000, and the highest priced property sold was 477 Creek Landing St. for $6.1 million.  Thirty of the 53 homes sold were more than $1 million.  
 
There were a total of 71 homes under contract and there were 35 active listings on Daniel Island as of July 15. Of the active listings, 23 are single family and 13 are condo/townhomes. The lowest priced home on Daniel Island is 1225 Blakeway Street, unit 504 for $330,000. The most expensive home is 614 Bermuda Isle Street for $6.925 million.
 
According to Tricia Peterson with Island House Real Estate, low inventory is still impacting Daniel Island. 
 
“Inventory of available homes continues to be a challenge for home buyers, especially homes with pools and water access,” noted Peterson.
