The Daniel Island Historical Society will kick off its spring 2019 season on Tuesday, Jan. 15 with a program entitled “Rice and the Role it Played in Colonial and Antebellum South Carolina.” The session will be held at 7 pm at Church of the Holy Cross on Daniel Island.
