Four DI students compete in national Jr. Olympics event

Daniel Island School students Jackson Muller (3rd grade), Emma Muller (5th grade), Grace Ward (5th grade) and Noah Ward (8th grade) joined over 4,100 other athletes from across the country in Hoover, Alabama last month to represent S.C. and their local team in the 2016 USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship. The event was held December 10, 2016. Individual finishes and titles are listed beneath each of the runners’ photos. All four are residents of Daniel Island and participate in track and field with Mt. Pleasant Track Club.
