Carolina One Realtor Jacquie Dinsmore recently expanded her Southern Yankee Group by adding two real estate professionals specializing in marketing, sales and client relationship management: Jake Dinsmore and Ashly Grzyb.
Jake Dinsmore, who is Jacquie’s husband, combines 25+ years of technology sales experience with a passion for real estate investment. He began his career as a technology recruiter with Fortune 500 companies and excelled into a global relationship management role collaborating with executives around the world.
As an active real estate investor, Jake Dinsmore understands the value of real estate as an asset class and how to guide his clients through transactions from investment properties to land acquisition to dream homes.

Choosing quality of life for her family, she relocated from NYC to Daniel Island in 2018 with her husband and three children. She is active in Daniel Island School PTA and enjoys playing tennis.
“Our clients value our team expertise in concierge-level service throughout the transaction; a robust marketing strategy in print, online, and in person; knowledge of top-tier pricing and negotiation; and an exclusive professional network across the luxury home market,” Jacquie Dinsmore said.
