Nestled between the marshes of Nowell and Beresford creeks off Daniel Island Drive, Marshside at 100 Coastal Drive has quickly become a hub bustling with business.
 
Once home to Blackbaud, the 200,000-square-foot mixed-use office building has been reimagined into a modern workplace with sleek offices, a hotel-style atrium, a fitness center, marshfront dining, and other amenities.
 
Completed in late 2022 as part of Nowell Creek Village, Marshside is now home to a growing mix of tech and design companies who work to bring energy and innovation to the waterfront community.

Omnisight develops radar-camera fusion systems that provide cities with real-time traffic data to improve safety, efficiency, and planning. Many of their sensors are installed at Daniel Island stoplights, giving the community detailed traffic insights and helping guide transportation decisions.

Alexandre Fleuren Interiors provides design services for clients seeking polished, stress-free interior projects. The firm specializes in expert space planning and elegant interiors tailored to each client’s needs. Fleuren’s work has been featured in the Southeastern Showhouse in Atlanta, the Kiawah Tour of Homes, the Traditional Home CSOL Showhouse, and other publications.
