Look Who’s Here: 130 River Landing Drive

Just off Seven Farms Drive and steps from Daniel Island’s waterfront, 130 River Landing Drive sits among a stretch of professional offices that have anchored this corridor since the island’s early development.

Established in 2001, the building remains a steady presence, housing a mix of businesses that reflect both everyday community services and specialized professional work across the Lowcountry.

The Daniel Island Property Owners Association serves as the managing organization for the island’s three associations (Daniel Island Community Association, the Daniel Island Park Association, Daniel Island Town Association), as well as the shared parks, trails, ponds, wetlands, and recreational spaces. With a small staff, the POA oversees architectural review, community standards, and programming for residents and businesses across the island.

“It is such a great pleasure to hear how much people love Daniel Island and its natural areas, parks, waterfront, and community of businesses,” said Chief Operating Officer Mary Stuart Sutton. “Working to keep this high community-wide standard for the residents and businesses is one of the reasons we love working here.”

The POA serves as a primary source of information for residents and businesses and can be contacted at 843-971-9200 or info@dicommunity.org

Founded by the four Dennis brothers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Daniel Island Mobile Car Wash provides mobile detailing and ceramic coating services directly to homes and businesses. What began with a hose and bucket has grown into a full-service operation serving the local area.

Daniel Island has an incredibly tight-knit feel for its size, and our customers genuinely root for us. There's nothing better than building a business in the same neighborhood you grew up in."

“I love building real relationships and seeing the direct impact of my work,” Adel said. “Being part of the community allows me to support people in a meaningful, personalized way.”

Daniel Island Chiropractic has served the community for over 20 years under Dr. Jimmy Smith. The practice treats conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, and joint issues, while also offering corrective exercises and wellness-focused care.

“Most people think chiropractic is just about neck and back pain, but we treat the entire body without drugs or surgery,” Smith said. “We find the problem, provide the solution, and then prescribe stability exercises so the underlying problem is addressed and corrected so that you can get back on the field, court, or golf course as quickly as possible.”
