Look Who’s Here: 454 Deana Lane

Tucked just off Clements Ferry Road, 454 Deana Lane is a 15,000-square-foot commercial building built in 2008, home to a mix of small businesses ranging from LLCs to fitness and wellness providers.

Tenants of the building include:

CrossFit LowCo is a functional fitness gym offering group CrossFit classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. In addition to its workout programming, the facility includes recovery amenities such as a sauna, cold plunge, compression boots, and massage tools, along with open gym access and individualized coaching within a group class setting.

The gym's catch phrase? “At CrossFit LowCo, we help you find your power.”

Recovery-N-Motion is a physical therapy and wellness practice focused on helping athletes, youth, and active adults improve movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy by identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction. RNM provides one-on-one physical therapy sessions and takes a comprehensive approach to treating conditions ranging from sports injuries and overuse issues to chronic joint pain and post-surgical recovery, along with services such as dry needling, cupping, and kinesiology taping.

Flood & Print is a custom screen printing shop offering customizable printing services for apparel and branded merchandise, including a range of inks, materials, design options, and specialty finishes. In addition to screen printing, services extend to embroidery, private labeling, packaging, and promotional items like stickers, cups, and koozies.

“The Flood & Print family is truly that – a family,” said owners Courtney Selby Isaac and Esti Agudelo. “We might not all be related by blood, but we are related by our love for dyes and inks. Combined, our team has over 20 years of experience screen printing in the Mount Pleasant and Charleston area. If you can imagine it, we’ve probably printed it.”

Founded in 2018 as a sister company to Ready Set Movers, Ready Set Junk is a junk removal company that provides residential and commercial clean-out services, including garage cleanouts, estate downsizing, construction debris removal, and electronic waste disposal. The company also offers donation pickups, moving prep services, and specialized cleanouts such as hoarding situations, with an emphasis on recycling, repurposing, or responsibly disposing of materials whenever possible.

CMG Custom Pools designs and builds custom residential pools and outdoor living spaces for homeowners from Daniel Island to Sullivan’s Island. The company provides full-service project management from initial design and permitting through construction and landscaping, creating tailored backyard spaces that incorporate pools, outdoor features, and smart technology.

“We’re committed to providing a stress-free and enjoyable experience from start to finish,” the company’s website states. “Your dream backyard is closer than you think. Let us bring your vision to life.”
