Earlier this month The Waterfront Daniel Island, a 22-acre, mixed use community on the Wando River, announced the launch of sales for the third phase of the waterfront project, which includes 11 townhomes.
The new townhomes, named Sanderling, offer approximately 2,900-3,500 square feet of indoor living space, including an upstairs flex space, a covered outdoor terrace and a two-car garage in each unit. Starting at $2 million, four distinct floor plans are available. Designed by Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors, the townhomes reflect a
coastal atmosphere with a sense of escape and peace of mind. The architect is the Bluffton-based firm Court Atkins Group.
Other partners involved in the waterfront village include Hart Howerton, the master plan architect firm; Thomas & Hutton, the civil engineer and landscape architect firm; and Brockington and Associates, environmental consultants for the project.
Phase II, which began construction in April 2022, is sold out and expected to deliver in early 2024. The master plan for the development of The Waterfront on Daniel Island includes a total of six phases.
