Bishop England High School named to AP Honor Roll

Bishop England High School has been recognized for student success in the Advanced Placement program.

The College Board announced that Bishop England High School has been named to the 2025 Advanced Placement Program School Honor Roll.

The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening participation. Schools can earn this recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing a college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to take college-level courses and earn credit, potentially saving time, money, and readiness for higher education.

“Bishop England High School is pleased to have been awarded Silver recognition forthe College Board’s AP Honor Roll,” said Matthew Parry, BE’s director of curriculum and instruction. “This award reflects the hard work of both our teachers and students and reflects our commitment to preparing our students for success at the college level.”

In 2024, 5,061 schools were honored with the AP Honor Roll which represents 32% of the eligible U.S. and Canadian schools that participate in the program.
