Christmas in the Alley!

Santa Claus came to town on Dec. 10 for the 6th Annual “Christmas in the Alley” celebration, hosted by Daniel Island residents Terry and Tim Haas and Nate and Kara Delpino in their Center Park neighborhood. Volunteers hung colorful lights and put up a festive spread of holiday decorations to transform the alley behind Gibbon Street into a winter wonderland of fun! More than 100 people turned out for the much-anticipated event, which featured pizzas from Orlando’s on Daniel Island, s’mores, a spirited snowball fight, and a gift collection drive for Toys for Tots. According to Terry, in addition to delivering the pizzas, the Orlando’s staff also pulled together and sent a bag of toys to donate to the cause!
