The winner of the Mystery Photo Contest is Daniel Island resident Nancy True, who correctly identified the picture as the flag that hangs off a first floor balcony at Simmons Park Apartments on River Landing Drive. She is pictured at left with the mystery photo flag!
Nancy, who has lived on the island for three and a half years, said, “I like being able to walk or ride my bike to everything I need.”
She is a retired deputy fire marshal from the North Charleson department.
