Tuesday, Feb. 24: Governors Park Drainage Improvement – Facilities and Capital Projects: Approval of Governors Park Drainage Improvements Construction Contract in the amount of $885,373 with Carolina Green Corp. for Demolition, Sediment and Erosion Control, Underdrain and Collector Pipe Drainage Installation, and Irrigation Repair at Governors Park on Daniel Island.
With approval of the project budget, staff is authorized to award and/or amend contracts less than $100,000 to the extent contingency funds exist in the Council Approved Budget. Approval of this contract obligates $885,373 of the $965,000 project budget. The funding source for this project is General Fund Reserves ($965,000).
