Voter registration closes Oct. 4

The State Election Commission reminds voters that registration closes in less than two weeks, with the final deadline Sunday, Oct. 4.

Voters are encouraged to review their information ahead of upcoming elections even if they think they are registered to avoid any delays at the polls.

“Whether you’ve recently moved, changed your name, or simply want to confirm your registration status, taking a few minutes to review your information now can help you avoid issues later and be prepared for future elections,” said SEC Executive Director

Conway Belangia in a press release.
