Island builder to be featured on national television show
It’s been a busier week than usual for one of Daniel Island’s busiest businesses. SHELTER Custom Built Living was selected as the first custom home builder in South Carolina to be featured on the “Today’s Builder” national television show.
Filming took place last week at several locations across the island. SHELTER owners Ryan and Jenny Butler say they were honored that the homes their company has built were chosen to represent Lowcountry living at it’s finest.
“SHELTER is committed to providing excellent craftsmanship and exceeding our clients expectations in executing their vision of their home,” says Ryan. “We also make it a priority to help them enjoy the homebuilding process. This show is a terrific way to showcase the work we take so much pride in.”
“We have wonderful, lasting relationships with our clients and we are so grateful that they welcomed the camera crews into their beautiful homes,” he continues.
Since the company began four years ago, SHELTER has built more than 19 custom homes in various neighborhoods throughout the island.
“Our team of builders and designers work diligently to create a unique aesthetic for each client -- something you won’t see anywhere else,” says Jenny. “I think that’s what ‘Today’s Builder’ saw in our company and why they chose us.”
The show will air three episodes featuring SHELTER custom homes next fall on ABC.
