The building houses four businesses, offering a blend of service and creative spaces.

 

Blume Designs Floral Studio is a full-service florist, offering floral deliveries throughout Charleston, monthly flower subscriptions, and specializing in designing weddings and special events.

 

The studio also features unique gifts, treats, and baked goods that can be found around local spots like The NY Butcher Shoppe, Buck’s Deli & Market, and The DIME.

 

As a woman-owned business, Blume Designs prides itself on crafting floral arrangements that intertwine artistry with the natural world, “infusing elegance and charm into every event or space we adorn,” owner Suzy Cubbler-Tyner said.

 

“Our creations are thoughtfully designed to evoke emotions and enhance the ambiance, perfect for a variety of occasions, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations,” Cubbler-Tyner said. “With a focus on unique combinations and high-quality blooms, Blume Designs aims to transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences through the power of flowers.”

 

The floral studio will be celebrating its fifth anniversary later this year.

 

HW Cabinet Co. is a woman-owned, family-run business specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling.

 

The business designs fully customized cabinets tailored to clients’ precise specifications to be ready-to-assemble flat-packed cabinets for swift installation. 

 

Co-owner Kate Hannon, who runs HW Cabinet Co. with husband Steve Wilt, said their designs are thoughtfully built for everyday functionality, making homes feel “warm, organized, and truly lived-in.”

 

“We love doing business in the Daniel Island community because our designers are with clients every step of the way, turning projects into partnerships and relationships into real friendships that last long after the cabinets are installed,” Hannon said. “Around here, great design always comes with good company.”

 

LINEN is a comprehensive housekeeping service specializing in residential and commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out services, deep cleaning, and organization.

 

Beyond housekeeping, their Daniel Island store offers a selection of household products available both in-store and online.

 

Owner Kristina Medvedeva emphasized that client satisfaction, clear communication, and convenience are at the heart of LINEN’s mission.

The Daniel Island Salon is a full-service hair salon specializing in haircutting, hair color, highlighting, and balayage.
