The tails were wagging at Daniel Island's Waterfront Park on Saturday, Nov. 1, for the 5th Annual Bark in the Park festival. Hosted by The Daniel Island News, the event brought together dogs and their humans for a day of contests, adoptions, and community fun, all in support of the Charleston Animal Society and the Charleston Animal Society-Berkeley Campus.
