City gives design approvals to Daniel Island church, golf cottages

RESULTS: DESIGN REVIEW BOARD 

Monday, June 1: 299 Seven Farms Drive – Daniel Island. Requesting conceptual approval for a new 6,400 sq. ft. addition to the school building adding classrooms and offices and a 94 sq. ft. addition of restrooms to the parish hall. TMS: 275-00-00-165, 210, 211. Owner: Church of the Holy Spirit (David Rogers). Applicant: GBA Architecture (Kaleb Schaff). Results: Approved. 

Monday, June 1: 604 Island Park Drive – Daniel Island. Requesting conceptual approval for (4) new cottages and amenity building and parking. TMS: 271-00-00-001. Owner: Daniel Island Golf Club. Applicant: Brett Wright. Results: Approved.
