New wellness practice opens on Daniel Island

Vita Forte Integrative Medicine recently held its open house at 224 Seven Farms Drive, Suite 202 on Daniel Island.

The wellness center focuses on advanced therapies including bioidentical hormones, peptides, IV therapy, and integrative medicine.
