Comments: Share any secrets you have for quick breakfasts on the go.
• Wait and have a late breakfast around 11 a.m.
• No day is ever the same for me.
• PB and honey on rye. Every morning except for the occasional bagel with cream cheese from Ruby’s - a guilty pleasure.
• My standard breakfast smoothie is half a small ripe banana, handful each of frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen chopped kale, and almonds (or cashews or pistachios), topped off with rice milk, then blend! It’s delicious, tons of nutrition, low cost, ready in less than 2 minutes. Yum!
• Quick breakfast at home!
• Coffee at work (and on the way) along with a handful of almonds.
• Protein balls.
• I just keep it simple and stick to a quick bowl of cereal which I laid out the previous morning.
• Aussie bites from Costco.
• Get up earlier and you don’t have to rush. I will get up before 5 a.m. so I have time to fix breakfast and read at least one newspaper.
• Blondies bagel with a light smear of cream cheese or another protein like egg salad or tuna salad.
