Where in the area is Caley Smith?

This may be a familiar site if you enter or exit Daniel Island frequently.
Or perhaps if you have ever sat in traffic overlooking the Cooper River.
The structure I find myself sitting on during rush hour daily, carries I-526 over the river between Charleston and North Charleston.
Any ideas? It was built in 1992, and there are reports that SC DOT might be replacing this structure in the upcoming years.
