$12.5M home sells in November; total DI sales at $72M

A staggering $72 million in home sales closed on Daniel Island in November, making it the highest sales volume month in the last four years. The next closest was May 2024 with $70 million in sales.

In total, 23 homes were sold in November, with seven homes selling for more than $4 million.

The sales include a $5.9 million home sold at 465 Lesesne St., an $8.5M home at 553 Old Compass Road, and a $12.5 million home at 123 Nobels Point St.

As of Dec. 22, there are 56 properties under contract on Daniel Island and 117 properties with active listings.

"We are currently seeing an increase in inventory, which we have not seen for a while," said Renee Reinert of Carolina One Real Estate, adding that the area is expecting to see even more homes added to the inventory in January 2026.

"While the inventory shows some increase this month again, the number of homes being sold seems to have remained steady," she said. "We are looking to see if this changes in January 2026."
