To round out 2024, 17 homes sold on Daniel Island in December. The total sales for the month were $30,153,400.
As of Jan. 9, 2025, 65 homes were listed for sale. Of those, 45 were active listings, and 20 were under contract.
The most expensive home sold was on Delahow St. It sold for $3.6 million. The least expensive home sold was a one-bedroom condo in Daniels Landing, which sold for $300,000.
According to Renee Reinert with Carolina One Real Estate, the lower sales in December were typical for this time of year and were likely due to low inventory.
“While the value of the homes continues to adjust as needed, the inventory is remaining low.
“Typically in January and February, we will see new inventory added to the market. We should see more homes come on the market in the next several weeks, but only time will tell,” Reinert said.
